About Me

 

Meet Your Coach

 

Hi, I’m Mireille Lepelblad (MiMi), the Shine Bright Health Coach, a Certified Health Coach with a degree in Biochemistry, and someone who knows how confusing, exhausting, and emotional it can be to adjust your life after a diabetes diagnosis.

 

Type 2 diabetes runs in my family, and I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it is to suddenly have to rethink everything—especially when the only advice you get is generic checklists and vague warnings.

 

That’s why I created this 12-week program: to offer the kind of personalised, compassionate support I wish more people had access to.

 

I believe your body holds the answers—and together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.

This is not about perfection or restriction. It’s about learning to live well, feel better, and enjoy the sweetness of life—despite diabetes.
